GIFTS

  INTENTION: We have all been given the same Holy Spirit—as such, we have all been given the same Gifts. Let us freely give and use those Gifts, as they are provided without debt (hence why it is called a gift).           (  DOWNLOAD BIBLE STUDY AS PDF  )   I.             TOPIC: We want to look at Gifts. These Gifts (as with all Gifts from the Lord) are given to you because you are Unconditionally Loved by Him as His child. Unconditional in that it has nothing to do with your merit (working for it to earn it / the Law), but on His Love. Just as He called Jesus His Child, so are you. And just as Jesus was freely given all these Gifts, so are you. You are fully given the ability to operate in each and every one of these Gifts at any one time, multiple times, or together at times. This is what Jesus and the Disciples demonstrated for us. So, even though you may find yourself more comfortable or confident in a specific Gift (“in season”), you must not restrict the Lords Work

FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT (JUST BE)

  INTENTION: Fruit comes naturally when connected to the source. He is our Vine, we are the branches from the Vine. He supplies the nourishment for us to manifest His Fruit out from His Spirit in us. And because we are perpetually connected, we can always produce fruit—to “Just Be Him”.       (  DOWNLOAD BIBLE STUDY AS PDF  )     I.             TOPIC: We want to look at the Fruit of the Spirit. Simply put, this is a gift to and for us to use. As humans, we can strive so hard to live a fruit-life out of our own ability and strength (by works / the Law). Yet, as believers, we have His power and ability to live a life out of His strength! Something the Lord shared with me was for me to “ Just Be Me ” (Just be Him ). Over the almost 10 years since He shared that, I have been dwelling on understanding what it means for me. And what I have seen in my own life is that I’ve always strived to try and do the “things of the Lord”, but it always has felt difficult and burdensome—
